There are two major emotions of the inner man, Good and Bad.  These two emotions create many feelings or moods.

I would argue it a inner man (being) which produce emotions good or bad.    Lets explain.

Have you noticed sometime you taking to yourself?  This is what I call the inner-man (Being), your conscience which is your thoughts
whether they are good or bad.


Let look how the inner man operates.   Have you noticed sometimes you wake up in the morning in a good mood, and then you start thinking
about bills, job, family, argument you had the day before, what you need to do today.  Now all of a sudden your good mood turns to a bad
mood.  This is what I call the inner-man.  The inner man reacts just off everyday life whether happy or frustration.  We are going to learn how the
inner man work whether good or bad, what affects the inner man and how to control the inner man.        

One day I woke up early in the morning was in a great mood.  I have asthma and usually my chest is a little tight in the morning until I get up and
move around. This morning I woke up breathing good and it was because my inner man mood was happy (positive) so it generated positive
electrics through my body which act as a healer.  So I took a shower put on my cloths, went down stairs and got a cup of coffee and headed
out. The birds chirping sun was shinning all was good my mood was great (happy) body feeling good placed my coffee cup in the cup holder and
got about 2 miles made turn and all my coffee fell on my paints. Then without thinking my inner man mood went from happy to mad (frustration) I
started to cuss and all of a sudden my chest started to tighten I had to use my inhaler.  Let me explained this how you inner man can dictate
your health. This shows how the inner man works and what can affect it from good to bad or vise-versa when the inner-man was happy my body
was feeling good when my inner man (emotions) change too mad body feeling changed to ill.  So understand the power of the inner man. If
everyday you are wondering why your getting headache, Muscle spasms, numbness, chest pains, ear-ache, eye problems, tiredness, allergies,
it all because of the negative electrics that you are shooting through your body. So even when you sleep if you have negative electrics running
through your body while you sleep this triggers results like headaches, ETC.  Have you ever been around someone who seems to always be
negative, bad attitude? When around them you get in that same mood, so you try to avoid that person as much as possible?  Now you are
walking around passing negative because your inner-man is mad.

Now you have an example of what and how mood changes from happy to sad how it affects you and your health, learn how to control it so you
can live a healthier lives.

First be aware of your emotions, and be prepared for those unexpected events that can instantly change your mood.  Know when you are in a
good mood that somewhere negative will approach so how you respond to that negative will dictate how your mood will be.  I feel you need to
pay closer attention to your negative mood because it can be unhealthy, mentally and physically. This is something you have to learn to do
everyday try to say in a positive mood much as you can and to do that is to always be aware of your mood.


Things that can help you stay in positive mood:


1)        Exercise
2)        Reading
3)        Meditating
4)        Writing
5)        Thinking good thoughts
6)        Playing games
